Payment must be made in full before vehicle collection unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to rental will receive a full refund.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as specified at the time of booking.

Elite Drive is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

In the event of mechanical failure, our team will assist in providing a replacement vehicle where possible.
